Every sesssion is 45 minuites, one-on-one with a trainer. Workout programs are designed to meet your individual fitness goals.

One on One Core/Balance/Stretching

All sessions are 20-25min long and is dedicated to showing you how to properly use and train your core by using a combination of matt and balance exercises. At the end we perform an assisted stretch routine for your entire body.

Price: $15 non-clients $10 Decatur FITS clients
Level: Intermediate
Description: 45min long. This class is a combination of cardio, strength, and core training. It is the perfect fix for anyone who likes to sweat…and feel a little burn. Every class varies, and at then end, you have a full body workout without the boring same old sets and reps.

XtremeFITS Boot Camp
Attendance max: 12
Price: $175 for 3 weeks (14 days)
Level: Advanced
Description: 45min. Our version of Boot Camp is once a month and takes place at the Clairmont campus of Emory University. Because we only allow 12 people to attend at a time, all are workouts are tightly supervised and personalized to the group. Our goal is to get you strong safely and effectively.
